Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Please review the policy below before purchasing.
Because many of our products are custom made, personalized or made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items unless there is an issue with the product.
Custom and personalized products
Custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from what was approved or ordered.
This includes products with names, numbers, logos, business names, team names, event details, custom colors or other personalized design choices.
Non-custom products
For non-custom products, unless otherwise noted, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Order mistakes
If we made an error with your order, we will make it right.
If the mistake was due to incorrect information entered by the customer, such as spelling, color selection, quantity, or shipping address, we may not be able to offer a free replacement.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not started. Once a custom order has entered production it cannot be canceled.
